Special under eye cream must also be applied as the parts below eyes have sensitive skin and gets affected very easily.
70% of our body is made of water. But in winter the water gets dried from the body very easily. It is advisable to drink plenty of water in winters. At least 6-8 glasses of water are suggested daily. This will help to avoid dryness in winters. You can also drink juices which are rich in Vitamin C like lemon, mousambi, pineapple and guava. Vitamin C helps to fight infections and promotes good skin health.
Intake of proper and healthy food is very important for skin health. Green leafy vegetables, plenty of juicy fruits, milk products and dry fruits must be taken in sufficient quantity. All these things will make your pigmentation healthy and glowing. Papaya is a very good fruit as it is good taking it internally as well as applying on face.

Face care is very important as the skin of face is exposed 24 hours to cold weather and it also very sensitive. Proper scrubbing and exfoliating gently will remove all the dead cells and hence the skin will become fresh and soft. Applying proper moisturizer according to color and tone type is very important. Organic coconut oil is very good to apply on skin in winter. Even olive and almond oil is also very good.
