The fighter planes of Air-Force were landed on the most advanced Agra-Lucknow Expressway of the nation.
Six fighter jets of the Indian Air Force (IAF) starred in the grand opening on Monday of India’s longest expressway in Uttar Pradesh. Sukhou-30 and Mirrage 2000 Fighter planes were included in this. CM Akhilesh Yadav inaugurated the magnificent and one of it’s own kind Agra-Lucknow Expressway. 21’st November is the birth date of SP party Supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav.
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh had promised that he will complete the express way in record time and Gift it to SP Supremo Mulayam singh Yadav. The CEO of Indusrial Development Authority UP Expressway Mr. Navneet Sehgal, informed that, this type of event is taking place for the first time in Nation’s history when Fighter Planes will land and take off simultaneously from any Expressway as a part of inauguration ceremony. All the preparation for the inauguration have been done and Indian Air force and we are equally excited.
Expressway is completed in record time.
The 302 km. long express way is the dream project of CM Akhilesh Yadav. It was completed in time period of 22 months which is a record time. December onward it will open for public use.
Can be utilized during war also.
The main and advantageous feature of this express way is that it can be used in peace as well as during war. Navneet Sehgal, Air Vice Marshall Rajesh Issar and Senior Officer Administration of Central Air Command had an Inspection of this Expressway. Many safety requirement and measures need to be arranged for the safe landing . These include bird clearance, safety services, rescue vehicles and temporary air traffic control setup.
According to UPIDA expressway is increased up to 2 km to make it suitable for fighter plane’s landing and take off. Eco-system measures and precautions are also kept in mind.
Many other countries like Germany, Poland, Sweden, South Korea, Taiwan, Finland, Switzerland, Singapore and are already using their country’s highways and expressways for Jet Fighters landing and take off.
